NAPP JONES

Napp Jones is a multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and actor, whose work bridges Black Classical music traditions with modern neo-soul, jazz, R&B, and experimental soundscapes. 

Jones has collaborated with a range of artists across styles, including Bugus, Russ, and Israel Autumns. He fluidly bends genres and his projects feel like a cross-genre conversation. His recent work features mantra-like lyricism and meditative grooves with saxophone improvisation. 

Jones creates music to hear himself. To understand himself and his lineage. He’s intent on giving voice to Blackness and creating reverence for his people through art. 

Drawing on spiritual traditions and mindfulness practice, he crafts songs that serve as both personal reflections and communal calls for Black healing, resilience, and self-love.
